Gunmen Attack Katsina Again, Kidnap Village Head And 16 Others

What is really going on in Katsina? The attacks are becoming too much. Just recently, over 300 students from the government science secondary School, kankara, were abducted. And shortly after their release, another 80 students and 4 other victims were kidnapped by bandits but thankfully they were rescued after security officers engaged the bandits in a gun battle. And now, 17 villagers have been Kidnapped in the same state.

What Happened?
According to reports, there was an attack in katsina on Monday night at Kaigar Malamai village of Dan-Musa Local Government Area where suspected bandits kidnapped 17 residents including the Mai Angwa, village head, Kabir Mohammed.

A reliable source in the area revealed that the Gunmen entered and started their operation after midnight till the early hours of Tuesday. In the attack which lasted for hours, the bandits didn’t only kidnap the village head but his two wives and 14 others, making it 17.
