“The LORD reigns, let the nations tremble! He is enthroned above the cherubim. Let the earth quake.
Psalm 99:1

The LORD reigns; let the earth rejoice.” Psalm 97:1.

No Doctrine in the whole Word of God has more excited the hatred of mankind than the truth of the absolute power of the Lord God Almighty.

The
fact that “the Lord reigns” is indisputable—and it is this fact that arises the utmost opposition in the unrenewed human heart. “The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.” We know what the Lord thinks of their rebellion against Him—”He that sits in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall He speak unto them in His wrath and vex them in His sore displeasure.” Let us, Beloved, not be among those who refuse to believe this great Truth of God, but may we humbly bow before that dread Sovereign who does as He wills among the armies of Heaven and among the inhabitants of this lower world—
“God is a King of power unknown;
Firm are the orders of His Throne!
If He resolves, who dare oppose,
Or ask Him why, or what He does?’ God has the right to act thus, first, because He is the source of all created existence.

The Lord is King; who then shall dare Resist His will, distrust His care, Or murmur at His wise decrees, Or doubt His royal promises? The Lord is King, child of the dust, The Judge of all the earth is just—
Holy and true are all His ways, Let every creature speak His praise.”

The lions are roaring, which do you hear? Are you listening to the “roaring” of Satan or the “roaring” of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah?

Psalm 114 vs 7 says the earth trembles at the presence of God.
Therefore, if you want to confront your enemy, all you need to do is bring God’s presence.
Once the presence of God comes down all your enemies, all your troubles will tremble and scatter in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

True Jesus warrior isn’t shaken by the roaring of the devil’s voice. He does not cower in fear at the sound of Satan’s deceptive lies.
Amos 1:2, “… The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.”
When the Lion of the Tribe of Judah roars from his holy mountain, all of creation trembles, demons run in fear, Satan cowers in terror, for our God is in control of all things. He reigns and no one has power over him. When his voice roars from the Throne of God – the angels in Heaven come to attention, demons tremble and shake, and whatever comes from the lips of God is instantly carried out for the Lord God, omnipotent, has spoken.

Which roar are you hearing this morning? Are you listening to the roars of the devil as he tries to bring you down to destruction, or are you hearing the roar of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah as He calls you to come to him and let him make you one of his own. Be sober, be vigilant, your adversary is ever seeking to destroy you. But even more importantly, be aware that Jesus is ever reaching out to you also. He has come that you might have life and life more abundant. Listen for his roar and come to him!

The satisfaction of the psalmist evidently is in the fact that God means to stay enthroned. He is conceived of as unaffected by the trembling of the people or the shaking of the earth. There is even a more striking poetical figure. If even the cherubim were to tremble, or shake, or fail, God’s reign is too confirmed to be affected by it. We may think of him as “above the cherubim.” Absolute reliance on him may find expression in loyal and loving service of him. –

Understand, my friends, that the demons, those fallen angels who followed Satan in his catastrophic rebellion against God, are utterly and constantly terrified at the thought of their coming doom. Powerful as they are, they cannot escape it. Intelligent as they are, they cannot figure a way out. They are damned, they know they are damned, and they tremble at the very thought of its approach.

What are those demons? Fear, curse, sickness, disease, failure, disappointments, sin, death are the demons. When you expose them to the Word and to the presence of the one who reigns forever they tremble.

The Word is Our Father. He is God and Spirit and He reigns!. The One that must take control over your life. Believe Him, trust in Him, depend upon Him. The power that made pharaoh tremble and what is that sickness, pain, or curse that can stand before the power of God. Mark 1:21-27, “They went to Capernaum, and when the Sabbath came, Jesus went into the synagogue and began to teach. The people were amazed at His teaching, because He taught them as One who had authority, not as the teachers of the law. Just then a man in their synagogue who was possessed by an impure spirit cried out, ‘What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God!’ ‘Be quiet!’ said Jesus sternly. ‘Come out of him!’ The impure spirit shook the man violently and came out of him with a shriek. The people were all so amazed that they asked each other, ‘What is this? A new teaching—and with authority! He even gives orders to impure spirits and they obey him.’”.

Evil has no right over you. it cannot dictate the level of your life they will only tremble before you. You are with something from above. The power of the Word is at work in you and the demon was asking Jesus. Is any demon asking you question? Asking you whether you have come to destroy His powers? Tell that demon you have come to destroy that power. It can never stand the Word; it can never stand the voice of God. Jesus didn’t even listen to that. Don’t listen to the voice. Don’t listen to the voice. He says, ‘Be quiet and come out of Him. That fear, that cancer, that barrenness, they are all demons and today I pronounce the divine freedom for the people of God in Jesus’ name. amen.

When Jesus enters, everything changes and I see a change in Jesus’ name. Amen. The evil spirit shook the man violently and came out of Him with a cry. So all the people were amazed and asked, ‘what is this? This has never happened in the synagogue. But today, I confirm to you, it is true. Many were born, they lived and they died without seeing this type of miracle. There is a deliverance, there is a miracle. This one is coming to you with authority, the Word of God is coming to you live. God is the Word. Heaven and earth will pass away but this Word will never pass away. It is eternal. The Word is super. It doesn’t get expired. It is renewed every day. The compassion of God is in the Word, they fail not. The love of God is overwhelming. The Word speaks about love, the Word speaks about life, the Word speaks about peace, the Word speaks about safety and protection, the Word speaks about breakthrough and appointments.

In Luke 10:19-21, “ ‘I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.’”. He sent out the seventy and the seventy returned and said, Lord even the demons were subject to us in your name. And He said to them, I saw satan falling down like a lightening from above. But He said to them, ‘do not rejoice that the demons are subject to you. Rejoice because your names are written in heaven. When you go out with the Word you will come with a testimony. Demons cannot look at the eye of the Word they will only tremble before the WORD!

I am releasing you today, as you go, let the demons tremble before you because the Lord REIGNETH, HALLELUJAH! let them cry before you as the man with the evil spirit cried out. You have the anointing.

As long as the Lord reigns and shall continue to reign let all the demonic forces continue to tremble before the anointed and the presence of the Lord God Almighty!
