“Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.”
— (Psalms 102:13)

As I woke up this morning, note, as I woke up, I mean fully awake, in fact I was already on my feet, then I heard this clearly in my spirit “Tell Zion, the time to favor her has come”

Zion Hill
As the most prominent hill in the city of Jerusalem, Zion has become synonymous with the entire nation of Israel. Therefore, when speaking of Zion, the Old Testament prophets are actually referring to Israel. When the prophet said, “The Time to Favor Zion has Come” he was prophetically pointing forward to our day.

As the modern world looks upon the tiny nation of Israel, it sees it from many different perspectives. Some view its existence as illegal. They say that the land actually belongs to the Arabs, and that the Jews have no right to exist in Palestine. Others view its existence as nothing less than a modern-day miracle.

Today, Zion is the church; but you can put your name in place of Zion: “for You will arise and have mercy on Innocent for the time to favor him, yes the set time, has come.”

I am telling you that is reading me now with every iota of faith in me that the time for God’s Favor to fully manifest in your life is NOW!

ACCORDING to Psalm 102:13, there is a set time for the favour of God to manifest in your life. Time is generally defined in the Greek as “chronos” and “kairos”.
Chronos” represents a chronological time that is calculated in seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years, decades, centuries and millennia. “Kairos” represents a God-appointed time when something is to occur. “Kairos” generally denotes God’s divine intervention in your life to accelerate or bring to pass some occurrence or event on your behalf. It is a moment that is unplanned, unexpected and unscheduled when God decides to bless or favour you. In other words, “kairos” is a time when God decides that He is going to do you a “favour”.
Favour for the most part is an unexplainable blessing that comes to your life. Favour, in many cases, seems undeserved and does not follow any natural, rational or reasonable explanation. It is an attitude of approval or liking. Favour can also be defined as over-generous or “unfair” preferential treatment.

“Divine favour is an uncommon blessing or breakthrough that God Himself has orchestrated and ordained for your life.”
This favour comes directly from the hand of God.
Divine favour sometimes cannot be articulated or even imagined by the human mind because it comes from the realm of God.
Further, divine favour positions you for success and transcends all barriers whether they may be racial, social, cultural, financial, relational or even generational. As it relates to divine favour, nothing in this natural realm is an attributing factor to your success. This simply means that God’s divine favour has nothing to do with how beautiful you are, how educated you may be, your socioeconomic status, your level of financial prominence, your political persuasion, ethnicity or nationality. On the other hand, neither are you disqualified from the favour of God if you may have experienced some misfortune or dilemma in your life. The divine favour of God does not influence your life because of who you are or what you may have done, but it comes to your life because of who God is to you.

Brethren, God Almighty is saying to someone especially the people of Nigeria today that He will arise and show mercy to you, for your set time to be favoured has come.

The set time for Nigeria to move forward, for enlargement, for promotion, for unhindered advancement has come! in Jesus mighty name.

Psalm 30:5 says ‘weeping might endure in the night but joy comes in the morning’.
Your time to rejoice has come in Jesus name.
Psalm 23:5-6 says ‘Thou prepareth a table before me in the presence of mine enemies, thou anointed my head with oil, my cup runneth over. Surely goodness & mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever’.

He says he will make you(Nigeria) to advance unhindered and there is nothing anyone or the enemy can do about it because He is in charge, who can battle with The Lord of Hosts, no one, He is the matchless God, if He be for us who can be against us, No one.

Brethren God is not a man that He should lie neither is He the son of man that He should repent, when He says a thing, He does it, when he speaks a thing, he makes it good.
He is saying to someone here today, you have stayed long on this mountain move forward, I am with you, do not be afraid, launch out and I will give you unhindered advancement.

You may have been tried and tested. You may have been through high waters and you may have been through hell. But the good news is that you are still around serving God. People may have mocked you, ridiculed you and even put your name against the very challenge that you are having. Indeed, the Word of God has tried you and you are still standing! I declare to you that your moment of deliverance has come. You are going free from agony! You are going free from every frustration and from every fear!

For too long you have been delayed and held down, but your time is up. They have covered you for too long. It is time for your light to shine. They have hindered you and delayed your testimony for too long. Your time is up! Every chain around you is broken. The anchors are beginning to fall and the mountains are beginning to move. You are about to step into favour.

This is your moment! You have entered a dangerous time frame. All the heavenly resources have been released on your behalf. According to Genesis 41:14, when it was time for Joseph to manifest, things began to happen quickly. First, they brought him out of the dungeon hastily. He shaved, had a change of cloth and put on shoes. All these things were symbolic. The king put a ring on his finger. He was given a wife. As a matter of fact, he married the daughter of a prince. He was promoted, and he became a man of authority. All these happened in quick succession. So shall your miracles happen in quick succession because your time has come. The years of pain and agony are over in your life!

More than ever, this is the time to experience the favour of God. The Psalmist talked about a set time. The wise King Solomon also said, “For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)

What attitude am I to exercise in my set time?

Let the attitude of humility be your garment. The Holy Scripture says, “But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: God resists the proud, but give grace to the humble.” (James 4:6)
Let the attitude of love for God and for man be dominant in your heart. Love without hypocrisy should rule your heart.
A humble man is greatly favoured by God. I want to let you know that it’s time to let go of pride.

There is something about favour; to man, it doesn’t look fair on others, when you and I are favoured. It brings a sort of resentment against the favoured one. The word often said is, “are you the only one?”

it doesn’t come and go, favor is always with us, but there are set times where God’s favor will show out, where God will thrust you from the background to the foreground, accelerate your dreams, make things happen faster than you thought, when you’ll get well even though the medical report says it’s not going to happen, when a problem will unexpectedly turn around, even though it looked impossible. you need to get ready; I believe you’ve come into one of your set times of favor.

Maybe you’ve been struggling, everything’s been uphill, but you’re going to see an anointing of ease. God is going before you; He’s going to cause things to fall into place. at work, you’ve been doing your best, working hard, but not getting the credit you deserve, people playing politics; don’t worry, in this set time, God is going to promote you, push you up, set you on high. or perhaps you’ve been through some relationships that didn’t work out, and now you think you’ll always be lonely; no, in this set time, God is bringing a divine connection, somebody better than you ever imagined. they’re already ordained to come across your path. you may not see how this is going to happen. your mind will tell you, “you’ll never get well, meet the right person, accomplish that dream”; don’t believe those lies, the Creator of the universe has already established your set times.

this is a new day; in this set time of favor, God is not going to sit idly by. this time, He’s going to arise and fight your battles. this time, He said He’ll get off the throne and do what you could not do. He’s breathing in your direction in a new way right now. it’s your time to possess the land.
