US Military General Warns of Dire Consequences if Supreme Court Upholds Tinubu’s Presidency
A US military General major General Gregory Copley has warned the supreme court to live up to it’s responsibility and disqualify president Tinubu whom he accused of several crimes including certificate forgery.
Former aide to Ex-president Goodluck Jonathan Jackson Ude shared the statement on X on Thursday with the video of the General’s Broadcast.
General Copley’s warning to the Nigerian Supreme Court about the potential consequences of ignoring allegations of corruption against Tinubu is coming after the U.S. government has made it clear that it is committed to fighting corruption and supporting democratic institutions in Nigeria.
General Gregory Copley is a former U.S. Army officer who is now the director of the International Strategic Studies Association.
In the video Major General Gregory Copley stated that the FBI will soon be releasing Tinubu’s U.S. criminal records, which contain information about Tinubu’s involvement in drug trafficking and money laundering.
General Copley also warned that there would be dire consequences for Nigeria if the Supreme Court ignores these allegations and upholds the judgement of the presidential election petition court.
